Job Title: Agribusiness Officer, Kyaka II Refugee Settlement, Kyegegwa

Finnish Refugee Council (FRC) is an NGO providing adult education and community development among refugees in Uganda since 1997 as an operational partner to OPM and UNHCR.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate agriculture related income generating activities and seek opportunities

  for agribusiness among refugees.

• Offer professional mentor ship, training and support to agriculture related refugee groups.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The Officer should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with specialisation / experience in agribusiness.
• At least two years’ professional experience in agriculture as business, community development.

• Practical experience on participatory methods, training farmers, developing

  agribusiness.
