The deceased is identified as Mugalu Paul who was in his second year pursuing a Bachelor of Bachelor of Science Technology (Biology) at Kyambogo University.
According to the office of Dean of students, he was found dead in his room at St Mary’s Hostel, Banda on the evening of 2nd May, 2023.
