Frank Management Consult seeks to recruit for its valuable client, a regional micro finance with offices in Kampala urgently seeking to recruit for the above vacancy.

• Assist in Preparing and recording asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Prepare supporting schedules according for the financial statements
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions;
• Resolving discrepancies
• Compile and prepare monthly account reconciliations / General Ledger reconciliation
• Assist with analyzing company expenses on a monthly/ weekly basis and report on variances and correcting discrepancies
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Responsible for fixed assets management
• Assist with preparing tax returns and annual reporting requirements
• Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Supervising Junior Staff
• Handle other projects as assigned

• The applicant should hold a good Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA /ACCA Finalist
• Five or more years’ accounting/finance experience;
• Past exposure and experience in the Financial industry preferred
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work
• Possess the ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
