Strategically research, plan, develop and oversee Company Communications, marketing programmes, grow sales ol all the Retail Banking products and channels and increase product utilization through customer acquisition and cross-selling in line with the business strategy..

• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, marketing, promotion and selling program in line with the business objectives.
• Analyse budget, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures and ensure that sales teams meet their goals as per set objectives
• Develop and implement ettective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness and customer satisfaction as per the bank strategy.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of work~plans tor the sales and marketing sections in line with the sales and marketing strategy.
• Guide and oversee Branch Managers and Sales teams in development oi sales models within their area of operation in line with the sales strategy.
• Build ettective relationships with corporate organization/employers
• and to sales teams in managing these relationships se and maintain our retails customer base in line with the set targets
• Plan and manage the design, content and production of all marketing materials
• Create communication and marketing strategies for the new products, launches, events and productions.
• Train, mentor and motivate the marketing and sales teams towards the achievement of agreed targets, by coaching retaining quality portfolios and relationship management in line with the business goals.
• Train, motivate and manage the Direct Sales Officers and Marketing team by setting and assessing performance targets, coaching, mentoring and evaluating the staff as well as managing discipline, departmental leave and staff relations in the line with policies and procedures.

• At least a University degree in a business related field such as Business Administration, Commerce and Marketing.

• Minimum of 5 years‘ experience in Marketing or driving sales in a busy environment
• CIMS Qualification is an added advantage.
