Makerere university administration has resolved to push the deadline for semester registration to Friday 27th February 2015. The extension is as a result of internet failure that interrupted the online registration process in the first week of Semester II, 2014/2015 Academic year.
According to the notice released, students who will fail to beat the registration deadline will be forced to pay a sur-charge of 50,000/=.
Besides the registration deadline, Makerere university students should have paid 100% tuition and all functional fees by the end of the 6th week of the Semester (i.
e.31st January- 14th March 2015).
The Cycle for online registration is still open for all students. You can register from anywhere where there is internet connectivity.
This registration is for subjects/courses being offered during Semester II, 2014/2015 for the respective programmes.
Once registered, students are required to print a proof of registration and move with it in order to attend classes.
